This is a beauty! 
Genuine Lucas No.104 rear view mirror.  Very good quality item, not like cheaper similar style reproductions. Mirror measures 3. 1/2" x 1. 1/2" and is concaved for good field of vision with nicely bevelled edge. Near perfect glass. Ball pivot making it very adjustable. The stem has solid chrome but is slightly pitted. Could be top or dash mounted.
